The presented work involved the preparation of compounds containing aromatic heterocyclic (thiazol ring) derived from substituted aminobenzoic acid. The first step involved the preparation of substituted aminobenzoate (9Compounds) by reaction of substituted aminobenzoate with thionyl chloride then with different alcohols such as (benzyl alcohol, allyl alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol). The second step includes the reaction of the prepared compounds with chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine to give (9) compounds. The third step involves the preparation of N-(2-amio thiazole)from the substituted aminobenzoate. All the prepared compounds in this work were characterized by melting point and softening points with other physical properties, FTIR, H1-NMR, C13-NMR spectra.screening of the antimicrobial activity of the prepared thiazol compounds was evaluated against 3 types of bacteria.
